All payments made within the app are considered final. We do not offer refunds for completed transactions, including deposits or in-app purchases.
Refunds may be considered only in cases of technical errors where the transaction fails but the amount is deducted.
Users must provide valid proof for refund review. Decisions are final and at the sole discretion of the support team.
